To enhance practical and employable skills among youth from low-income, asnaf, rural and educationally underserved backgrounds.

4. Training Structure & Methodology
The programme was delivered through a 70% practical and 30% theoretical training model, supported by Kolb’s Experiential Learning approach. Training activities included trainer-led demonstrations, individual practical assignments, group-based learning, coaching, guided facilitation and reflective sharing sessions. Following the programme, impact monitoring is designed to align with the Kirkpatrick Four-Level Evaluation Model, focusing on participant reaction, learning, behavioural application and measurable results.
